Houston IVF is proud to offer our patients the IntegraMed® Attain IVF™ Program (formerly known as the IntegraMed® Shared Risk® Refund Program). IntegraMed developed the program to reduce a couple’s anxiety by fixing the cost associated with multiple IVF cycles and to increase your opportunity to get the outcome you want--a baby--while managing the cost of IVF treatment.

• You pay a single, discounted fee.
• You receive up to 6 cycles (3 IVF and 3 frozen embryo transfers). If you are a donor egg recipient, you receive unlimited frozen embryo transfers.
• If you don't take a baby home from the hospital, you're guaranteed a refund--70% for IVF treatment plans and 100% for treatment plans including donor eggs.

Three out of four participants who complete the program take home a baby.

IntegraMed’s Attain IVF™ Refund Program is attractive to patients who would like to fix the costs of IVF treatment with a guaranteed refund if treatment does not result in a baby. Couples meeting the eligibility requirements may attempt up to three fresh cycles and three frozen embryo transfers for a fixed discounted fee. If treatment is not successful, you get a significant amount of money refunded.  In the Attain IVF™ Refund Program, the financial risks associated with IVF treatment is distributed among all patients participating in the Program. Patients who take a baby home after one IVF cycle pay more than patients not participating in the Attain IVF™ Refund Program, but at the same time patients who fail to take a baby home pay much less than couples not participating in the Attain IVF Refund Program.

The IntegraMed Attain IVF™ Refund Program is available exclusively in Houston at Houston IVF. Houston IVF has absolutely no ownership or financial interest in IntegraMed.  At Houston IVF the medical care provided to patients is never different because they are participating in a guaranteed refund package.
