Clinical Trials
A clinical trial is a study conducted with patients, usually to evaluate a new treatment. Each study is designed to answer scientific questions and to find a new and better way to help patients. Those patients that participate in clinical trials are sometimes the first
to receive and benefit from a new medication that is not yet available to the general population.
