The mind-body connection is a powerful force. The Mind-Body retreat was developed to help couples learn to manage the stress and anxiety that often accompanies infertility.
The Mind-Body retreat is facilitated by Dr. Alison Wilson, a licensed psychologist who specializes in fertility and marriage counseling. Dr. Wilson personally trained under Dr. Alice Domar, the leading expert of mind/body medicine for infertility. The retreat will feature various relaxation techniques as well as group counseling. Participants will have the opportunity to perform yoga and meditations and discuss various holistic approaches to treatment.

The National Fertility Association, established in 1974, RESOLVE is an organization with an established, nationwide network of chapters mandated to promote reproductive health and to ensure equal access to all family building options for men and women experiencing infertility or other reproductive disorders, and to provide support services and physician referral and education.
The mission of RESOLVE is to provide timely, compassionate support and information to people who are experiencing infertility and to increase awareness of infertility issues through public education and advocacy.
